Typical characteristics
You feel young and modern and you want to see what Latin Americas youngsters are all about. Backpacking is not really your style and you would rather travel with your suitcase because you won’t get sweaty carrying it. Besides, it has more space to fit everything you need anyway. When you travel you always pack your best jeans and your favorite party outfit. You are into street art and you love vibrant cities and cute little bars with live music. You have a beard or a half bun. Or both.
Places to visit
Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo in Brazil, Medellin and Cartagena in Colombia, Buenos Aires in Argentina, Panama City in Panama; San Juan del Sur in Nicaragua.
Places to avoid
The Amazon and places in the Andes such as Huaraz in Peru und Patagonien in Chile und Argentina.
